Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!"

"Surprising for a B&B that breakfast is an extra. Also surprising that although we booked a 3 person room there was an additional charge as a couple Room well prepared except for tea making facilities - only 2 tea bags, broken biscuits and a chocolate bar to share"

"We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B."

"Botanic Rest B&B was clean and basic. It lost points for noise and safety. When we checked in we took our suitcases up the stairs. About halfway to our room in the hallway on a few stairs up, a man was doing some repairs in the doorway to a room. His tools (including an electric screwdriver) were in the middle of the stars and hallway. We had to move them, so we could get past. Pretty unsafe. The breakfast was nice. They had the usual continental breakfast and you could order hot items off...

"Shocking! From checking in to be told i was going to have to pay an extra £20 for the room ! And no breakfast included ! ( I wouldn’t have wanted to eat anything from there) but that wasn’t the point. The place was smelly and dirty. I will never book with this site again. "
