"I was locked out of my apartment at 12, electronic key failed and nobody to help until morning, checked into a hotel nearby and paid for the night. Had an apology in the morning for the inconvenience but was not offered any compensation for a terrible night. Electronic doors fail and no back up, beware coming back after 11 , you get no help if you have a problem. I paid at the nearby hotel where I had to stay until morning. And was not offered any compensation for that or my distressful night."

"This is a really authentic property; I loved the Andalusian decor which made the apartment cool and the surroundings beautiful- as soon as you come into the courtyard there is a lovely smell of incense and a sense of solitude. The cathedral, Alcazar and Toi Pepe are less than 5 minutes walk with easy access to local supermarkets, resturants and shops. I hurt my ankle and my son was unwell on our last day, and they organised a taxi to the airport and messaged to check we were ok. Absolutely...
