Very friendly staff , very nice room and an excellent spa and pool

Excellent place for a night over near the lake. Excellent communication and very well thought about apartment. Easy walk to local restaurants.

Amazing hotel, truly a five star experience. Beautiful, friendly staff

Excellent hotel, service and rooms, peaceful spa, delicious food, and beautifully paired wine - sommeliers and bar staff were knowledgable and helpful in making recommendations. All around a wonderful stay.

We arrived a bit early but the lovely receptionist asked for our room to be cleaned as a priority and provided coffee and delicious biscuits while we waited. The room was the one with the balcony and was wonderful. Very spacious and quiet despite some children being in the large room down in the garden nearby but we only heard them when outside. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers a ton of fantastic activities for kids, the food is great with good variety, and the main pool temperature was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, especially for kids up to age 9. Room for improvement: The water in the slides was a bit chilly; it would be great if they heated them a little more.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip, the location is not great, you have to walk a bit BUT the hotel is really nice, the service is fast and they always try to help with a smile. The food of their service room is really good and their spa, despite it is quite small, it is cosy and confortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good selection in the buffet meals.

Room was clean and tidy. The wooden beams gave the room character. Breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable with a very decent range. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a nice touch.
