"Although it said seaview room, this did not happen. Beds were clean and comfy. We were put in a disable room (that none of us needed) there was a trip hazard with carpet between bedroom & bathroom. The wet room which had poor drainage and after 3 people showered the water flooded the whole bathroom. ..."

"With no prior warning, the hotel manager totally amended our arrangements for our stay at the hotel. The hotel phone was not answered and voicemail messages were ignored. As a result, after travelling to Oban to catch the ferry, we had no alternative other than to cancel our trip at the last ..."
