"Very poor room maintenance and cleaning services. We get bedsheets changed by ourselves after checking in. Bedsheets and pillows covers and blankets were not cleaned or washed up. No soap in washroom on our first day. Very poor customer service."

It was a terrible experience on part of Expedia causing Physical pain after 12 hour of journey, mental harassment while convincing the staff about my legitimate booking and spoiled the fun of evening for which we travelled whole day.
