A hidden gem. Very quiet area and just a 5 minute walk to the beach behind Marriott. My only complaint is the hottub isnt really a hottub. Then again, the weather is so nice, u dont need it. I have stayed at Modern several times and it's such a great stay. The staff is accommodating and the property is quiet and close to everything. Few mins walk to the beach and Marriott high rise and Ritz. Beautiful outdoor oasis.
