"Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"Indeed a very nice place. Nothing much to put a finger on, to be honest. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was decent but the location couldn't be better. When we arrived home very late one evening the water wasn't working but they explained that they were doing maintenance. I actually want to praise them for doing it at night time, as occasional maintenance is unavoidable and doing it at night time most likely didn't bother that many people."

"The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of the old city with less than a five minute walk to great restaurants, the Maiden Tower, and tourist shopping. Vehicle access is restricted in the old city, so parking is probably not even possible and my taxi had a little trouble finding it as the streets/alleys are very twisty.
