The hotel is in a great position with a great restaurant with a view. However there is not a buffet breakfast as the picture suggest. Breakfast was good but they also offer you coffee which at checkout they charge you an exorbitant price for. It was good coffee and I don't mind paying for it but they need to be honest from the start!

We stayed for a night and enjoyed every moment. The amazing view from the balcony and the quiet ambiance were exactly what we wanted. They decorated the room very tastefully.

Not sure how this hotel can have such good reviews on Expedia! Hotel is ok, location is great within old town - very walkable to most attractions and metro. However the rooms are hit or miss. We had 2 "city view" rooms. One had a nice view, one had a view on wall 1m away! Curtains with holes, wallpaper falling apart in a few places. Issues with toilet. Staff helpful and it is reaonably clean but the hotel needs renovation and better maintenance. Also it was quite noisy with a private residence literally 2m away, not sealed gaps around windows, and noise through room doors. Nice local breakfast on a small terrace with great view - same breakfast every day. Any coffee at extra charge. All in all this small hotel is ok but nowhere near the rating it has.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and not properly maintained. The apartment was not very clean, several amenities were broken, and one of the two bathrooms was out of order during our stay. There was also a bad smell in the room, and one of the bedrooms had no door, which meant no privacy at all.
