"Casino action was very good. House-keeping didn’t answer phone, and front desk never fully responded to my request. I had booked a room for 4 adults, got to room to find 3 towels, called housekeeping, no answer, called front desk..took 3 minutes to answer phone, I requested 2 more towels, and none never showed up. "Everything about our stay was good including the check-in, room cleanliness, breakfast and staff. The problem came after we checked out. We left our hanging clothes in the closet. Our fault entirely. We checked-out Sunday morning but were still in the hotel visiting with friends until about 4:00 PM. We realized on Monday evening that we had left our clothes and called the hotel. The front desk had a log that said clothes were left in our room but no other information because housekeeping had possession of the clothes. They made no attempt to contact us either that Sunday or subsequently because there are no provisions to do that; a guest must contact them. This was confirmed with a manager. How is that good customer service? You know that items were left, where they were left and how to contact the guest who stayed in that room and do not contact the guest or ever plan to. Took a 5 star experience and turned it into a one star stay."

"We have been here before while in the area 12 years ago and still had the same level of service this past weekend. Great attention to detail with rooms and the bar is always a nice bonus. Of course lower drink prices would always be appreciated for guests 😬 However the staff makes it worth it! "

"Staff was friendly and helpful , room was clean no issues with that parking was convenient . I didn't eat the breakfast I was on a fasting cleanse so it fell out of my eating window. "
