Excellent location, clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Amazing stay at one world. I was made to feel so welcome by Mustapha and his team. I had everything that I needed in my apartment and was able to use the communal kitchen to make food. The guest house was very close to the beach, which suited me really well, and having a pool was an extra bonus. Thanks to everyone at one world 🤗

Being out first time in Gambia, we didn't know what to expect but the hotel made us feel at ease, safe and overall made the holiday a lot better. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the UK can learn from these guys when it comes to customer service. Best value for good accommodation, Gambian owned, excellent beach location. Most people book 1/2 years in advance, but sometimes cancellations give availability nearer your dates

The staff were nice and friendly. They offered a first class professional service. African Princess made sure our stay was a memourable one.. Room is of a high standard clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning.

It was a nice and quiet location at Serrekunda. But in my first night some people held a wedding banquet downstairs, with loud music until midnight. The room was huge with super big balcony and unbeatable sea view. The restaurant served good food and I had all my breakfast, lunch and dinner there. But I needed to pay for the meals in cash in local currency, unless I could work out how to use the local mobile phone payment app, which I could not. I loved the direct access to the beach. But...

Oh man, where do I start? Lemme start with Mariam, the ever helpful, cheerful receptionist. She is a credit to Metzy. Give her a raise, I say! Baboucarr was another receptionist who went over and beyond for me. Barrow from Housekeeping kept my room squeaky clean. The hotel is well located, walking distance from the beach which was handy as I was there every Wednesday jogging. The rooms, well mine, was L shaped and spacious. I will definitely come back! The staff are so caring, helpful and kind. They go out of their ways to be sure you have everything you need, whether that’s in your room, poolside, by the beach or in a restaurant. I had a club villa, with a beautiful terrace with two large sofas, a table and chairs. Staying at Hypolink was the best decision I made. The entire Hypolink team including the proprietor, every member of staff, and all guests who were there between 18/12/19-5/01/20 contributed to one of the best holidays I have had. I was a single traveller and paid for a standard room, this turned out too a small bungalow in beautiful gardens. It's a small complex hotel very friendly clean and nothing is too much trouble. I would definately recommend this hotel and will be going back .

Staff are great, some things about the place I wasn’t happy chat to reception it was sorted within 10 mins, deffo stop again, peaceful and quiet
