"Honestly, this hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. We checked out three days early and agreed to pay the one-night fee to get the money back for the remaining two days (€300). They claimed they couldn’t refund us immediately but promised a refund within a day or two. Six months later, they still haven’t done so. They don’t even respond to our messages anymore! To make matters worse, they tried to charge us for drinks we didn’t even order in the room! They seem to be constantly trying to maximize their revenue in any way possible."
