Great service, lovely staff, and very clean

Excellent food and service

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). The reception staff was excellent.tbe check in was smooth. Got help from the bagagiste. There was adequate free parking for our rented car. The lunch from the Japanese sextion was absolutely delightful. Going tk Caudan was very easy due to the free water taxi

This is a charming boutique hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Janey the cook and her assistant Anushka prepare delicious meals, which are served directly overlooking the sea. Villa Anakao is not situated in a tourist spot. There is a nearby fish stall on a nearby beach which is worth a visit. This hotel is certainly not posh. It is real Mauritius, but is nevertheless a great place to relax after a day of exploring the island, and a fraction of the cost of the much smarter big brand...

As the title suggest it is just that. the staff work on a " yes can do basis". The management and staff acknowledges your presence with a nice and short greeting each time and everytime wherever you find yourself. The restaurant waiting staff are very discrete and offers top service without being prompted. The CEO extended his oiwn personal welcome at a cocktail party was most gracious.

Amazing experience, I recommend for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is 7 stars. Nice people, nice view.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in December. Excellent service and a great place to relax and have a break. Their top priority is your comfort and the staff are extremely polite and professional and do everything they can to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They do not say no to anything you ask for!! One of the best places I have stayed at and certainly a place I would recommend to family and friends. Its a bit far out from everywhere so if you want to explore the surroundings...

What i liked it was close to transport,many dining options. The owner very friendly and made sure i was comfortable.

A really gorgeous resort based in the North of the island. I went with my partner for a romantic holiday and it was lovely place to relax and unwind. The team can't do enough for you and really looked after us. Make sure you pay for the All Inclusive package as it's well worth it - aside from the buffet, all restaurants are Ala Carte and although not everything is included without a supplement, we found there was enough to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Kumin which is an Indian restaurant...

My family and I spent 12 nights here in April 2016 and from the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave I knew I had made a great choice to spend a memorable holiday. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in rooms 204 and 207, both were first floor rooms and they were very comfortable and spacious adopting a modern open plan layout. The bed was great, bedding etc excellent and air con was effective. The shower was one of the best I've experienced...

Incredible service, amazing beach & facilities with great attention to detail. We spent a fantastic week there and barely managed to leave the hotel at all because it was so nice.

Great value for money. Very cheap & chearfull. Breakfast was nice. Very good customer service. I will definitely stay here again
