"I thought the man checking us in was abrupt i notived other staff to the left more accomodating. Never saud have a nice stay. Didnt even ask if we wanted breakfast what time check out waa nothing literally just gave us our key. I just think if you ae the front man of the hotel and guests see you first then you should be more accomodating and polite"

"Cleanliness excellent. Spa and pool excellent. Restaurant menu has changed and for me was disappointing. Lots of steak choices. No salads rice or pasta dishes which I expect were on the bar menu. Unfortunately the bar has a TV on 24/7 so not an ideal alternative to the restaurant unless you can eat outside. Overall a lovely stay. For me the restaurant was the only disappointment..but that's a personal view from someone who has stayed for the past 6 years"
