"Not the worst place I've ever had to stay at in a pinch, but it could definitely use more updating, maintenance (especially working AC/Heating units, parking lot), general repair, attention to exterior and curb appeal. I did find it odd the number of people out in the parking lot or with doors open interacting all hours, including very late roaming around. I think the families and maybe employees that own the place may live there in some of the rooms ? Just seemed odd and always a lot of activity going on. The two different gentlemen in the office that I dealt with were helpful and polite."
"Always a great stay here! I love that they moved the Gym downstairs and hope that they are now able to add some more equipment! The Sauna is one of my Favorite amenities and reasons I book this hotel a few times a year, I wish it was open earlier than 8am so I could hit it before work. I wish they had some better and larger pillows as well. Otherwise it's a good hotel, very clean and convenient."
"This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I was in a standard room which was perfect. This time around we had family in town and we did a girls weekend. We rented the 2 bedroom suite with Mountain View. The kitchen and bathrooms were stalked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a family. The staff were delightful and very helpful we got in an hour early and we were able to do an early check in. Everything is clean and updated. There is a little noise that you hear from the road and you can hear people walking/running above you, other than that it’s a perfect place for a staycation and plan to come back with my kids."
"The hotel is undergoing a major remodel. The top 3 stories were already complete but the lobby, fitness room, etc. were chaotic. You couldn't have enough caution cones when it comes to tiles missing, filthy floors and various hazards. Although my floor was "finished", the wallpaper was already coming apart at the seems and the carpet in the hallway was rippled. The a/c unit made an annoying noise so I was given another room where the bathroom sink was clogged. This hotel needs help."
"The view was amazing. Quiet and secluded. Not much for food nearby. The room was clean and a nice size. When we had the t.v. on it echoed. The hotel could put some more furniture in the room to help with this.
Bed was a little hard for us and small. The hotel could have easily put a king bed in the bedroom.
Kitchen was nice. Having a full size fridge and silverware was great. I wish they would have invested in to an actual microwave. Not everyone has the patience to figure out how to use a toaster oven."
