Excellent location. Clean and updated decor. Good choiche of TV channels. Compact but all the essentials were covered up well

Room was very clean. Hotel location was excellent. Staff very nice

Reception staff were a bit dismissive. I wish that all hotels appreciated older, solo, female travellers. We have money, no mortgages and, if made to feel welcome, we will spend our money IN the hotel - meals, room service etc. My room was the furthest it could be from Reception. It was a nice room but I know it was not the best single room I could have been given. Therefore, it was not value for money. And would not bring me back. As a contrast, in both the Four Seasons in Vienna (for a similar price), I was treated extremely well and will stay there again. And, likewise, in a four star hotel in Slovenia, I was made VERY welcome - therefore had room service one night and ate in their restaurant the next night, and bought champagne in their bar.
