"I cannot speak more highly about this wonderful airport hotel. We booked it because we were attending an event at the MCG. We simply expected a clean room with a bed, and anything else was a bonus. However, what we got was WAY better. Way, WAY better! Firstly, the hotel is a very short walk from the airport terminal. Yes, they have a courtesy bus but you don't need it. It's an easy walk, even with luggage. Secondly you can walk back and get the Skybus to the city for $12. Unbelievable. The busses are fast and comfortable. But this wasn't even the best bit. The staff were the friendliest I have EVER dealt with in a hotel. They were LOVELY! They let us check in early, they were so kind to my kids, they could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Then, the next morning we had to leave early and THOSE staff were friendly and helpful. The training at this place must be top notch. Oh also, the room was ideal. Simple, like you'd expect but the beds were great, plenty of space. Really comfortable. I'll be staying here and at other IHG hotels again. Thank you."

"We had a base room and it was lovely and roomy. Staff very friendly. Had dinner in restaurant and had a good meal. Lots of options from snacks to 3 courses. Had an early morning international flight and was a stress free way to start holiday. Definitely recommend "

"What's unique about this property is that it's very essential. Very close to shops, transport and dining areas. The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. One thing that I just want to see if will improve is the bond money that I pay when I checked in. Can that money be refund to you when checked out instead of waiting for it to be in your account? Beside that everything was amazing. Cheers"
