Bac Tu Liem Trip

Thank so much lucky Buddha for my stay during yet. It so wonderful to be long bien. If your looking for quiet this it it only a random dog and rooster at night. No horns or cars. The view from top is spectacular. I could see long bien bridge and downtown Hanoi during yet. My host family was super helpful and wonderful. Pool was as refreshing room had a view of river and cool breezes at night. Thank you lucky Buddha it's not goodbye only see you later. Cam on

All aspects of the hotel were excellent but most outstanding was the service from staff. Multiple staff always present and keen to greet, advise and help on any matter. Many memorised my name during a brief one night stay. 4 members of staff came out in front of the hotel to wish me goodbye.

I stayed at Elegant Suites for two weeks in a one-bedroom apartment and had a wonderful experience. The property is elegant, well maintained, and has excellent facilities. The outdoor pool is nice, the gym is well equipped, and the spa is outstanding. I had one of the best massages I've had in years, at an amazing price. The biggest highlight is the staff. They quickly learned our name and greeted us every day. Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel more like a resident than a guest. The apartment itself was very spacious with a beautiful view of West Lake. I also appreciated the extras, such as laundry detergent and dish soap. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. It's not the main reason to stay here, but there was enough variety, and the croissants were genuinely delicious. One thing to be aware of is that the Quang An peninsula is currently undergoing a massive redevelopment, with extensive construction taking place directly in front of the hotel. Outside, expect dust and construction traffic, so you'll likely use Grab instead of walking. The good news is that the rooms are exceptionally well insulated. During my stay, buildings across the street were literally being demolished, and I couldn't hear a thing until I looked out the window. There are still plenty of good restaurants nearby, and despite the temporary construction, I would happily stay here again.

This property had a washer/dryer which really came in handy. The property was quite and beautiful, great breakfast!

I’ve stayed at Fairmont around the world and am always super impressed by the quality and service. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I recommend this hotel. Clean, safe, comfortable, luxurious.
