Fabulous staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel just perfect stop for us..

We loved our stay here. All of the staff were awesome. Rooms are lovely and clean. It was in a great location for us.

Hotel had everything we required and was clean. Nice breakfast.

Front desk very good

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and great location

Cleaning was not every day and a couple of times asked for it to be made up but it never happened. Gym room was a little warm. But it was a great hotel in walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, and was great other than those couple of minor points. But it’s a great location to explore south west Florida which was why we had booked it, and its proximity to food and drinking venues within 10 minute walk

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Well equipped with coffee toiletries and tissues.

Staff and property a credit to each other

Everything was excellent

Clean, comfortable & convenient access to I75. Helpful & polite staff - mostly a rarity it seems in the US today - lovely breakfast lady! Only complaint - please stop putting cheese next to & touching the meat at breakfast. Be more vegetarian/vegan aware, please.

The room was a good size with a small kitchen & sofa bed! Staff were friendly & helpful! Breakfast was good and had both hot & cold choices! The pool was lovely to come back to after being out!

Perfect for what we needed after a late flight arrival. We tried contacting the proeety before arrival to arrange pickup by their shuttle bus, but never recieved a response, so had to pay to take an uber. Which was disapointing as we had booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle bus provision.
