"Check in was fast and easy. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Very nice staff and brought extra towels fast when I asked! Close to restaurants and parking lot was roomy enough for our Dodge Ram. Definitely would book again"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in was honestly pretty frustrating. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time (it looked like multiple buses had just come in), so it was very crowded and slow. On top of that, my card kept getting declined 3–4 times, even though I knew I had funds available. The staff member kept running it as debit, even after I mentioned trying it as credit. I ended up calling my bank, and they confirmed it should be processed as credit—once that was finally done, it went through. That part was stressful and could have been handled better. That said, the rest of my stay was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. So overall, a good stay—but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

"I was so disappointed. Prior to my check in I received a call from an employee from the extended stay hotel inquiring if I was still coming or did I plan to cancel. i’ve never received such a call. When it turned out to be was that she wanted me to pay ahead of my arrival which I did with the card I had on file when I did check in. I asked about the call unfortunately she was not no longer in the office so I received really no explanation. On top of that the toilet leak run all night. It was loud very disappointed. "Everything was great. Room had everything we needed and pillows an mattress were comfortable. We ended up having a couple of special requests and the staff was super accommodating. Great puff pastry in the breakfast as well as plenty of choices. "
