Always a great time staying here. We have never had a bad visit. We love the spot and the dinning options and easy transportation is great. Will be back again.
Perfect in every way, and a great place for kiddos. Would go back again and again. Luxury accommodations, world-class service, and incomparable scenic panoramas. Best place to stay around Vail/Avon.
If you’re looking for the best five star experience you’ve got to come here.
We were blown away by the staff, facility, amenities!!!!, and food!!
Everything was delish.
Worth every penny.
The staff goes above and beyond. The grounds are decorated beautifully during the holiday season and we love the lobby bar w the gatherings around the fireplace.
The staff here is so thoughtful! It was my husband's birthday and they had a surprise complimentary charcuterie board, wine and beer in our room when we arrived. I also noticed on my car app that my car wasn't getting charged and they made sure that they took care of it. The restaurant staff, the front desk and just everyone who worked there was kind.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch was absolutely wonderful. The property, service, and team on-site were exceptional and truly lived up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. In particular, the reservations and concierge team were proactive, kind, and extremely helpful in resolving a pre-arrival issue that required flexibility and attention.
Unfortunately, my experience with Hotels.com customer support prior to the stay was very disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a clear or timely response from Hotels.com regarding a reservation modification. The situation was only resolved thanks to the hotel directly, who stepped in, adjusted the dates, and provided written confirmation to ensure there were no issues upon arrival.
While the hotel delivered a flawless experience, the lack of support and follow-through from Hotels.com made the process unnecessarily stressful. Based on this experience, I would strongly consider booking directly with the hotel in the future rather than through the platform.
Food is way over priced but good. Resort is great. Overall I would stay here again but eat away from resort. View from my upgraded room not good at all.
I reserved the club launge , every day I have t o go to actívate the card some days i can besucase was do much strees ,i will

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. The staff were phenomenal after proposing to my fiance that day. They created a truly special and unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary!
