"While the staff was helpful in securing adjoining rooms for us, the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. While the room was generally clean, the bathroom was clearly in need of a deep, professional scrub. The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast. It did not meet brand standards in the slightest. We were faced with a selection of cold cereal, frozen pancakes, and Sam’s Club-style frozen burritos. With only two unappetizing boiled eggs on offer, it was clear that very little investment or effort went into this service. Management needs to address both the deep-cleaning protocols in the bathrooms and the quality of their food service, as this experience was well below what I’ve come to expect from Wyndham. "

"Very clean hotel. Very helpful staff. A bit dated. Easy on and off Hwy 151. 5 minutes from historic downtown. One thing they should note on reservations: all King rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. (The clerk did offer us a double on the 1st floor.)"
