"We had a very hard time me and being disabled. The elevators did not work. We had to leave the next day and I did get did not get a refund only stayed one day have a room for two and as I was leaving, they were getting the elevators fixed. I don’t do well with any stairs."

"The shower head broke and the toilet handle didn't work properly. So it was water all over the floor from the shower and the toilet ran all night. They offered to move me because they had no maintenance workers. It was late and I didn't want to have to pack up all our stuff. "

"Would rate this one a 2 or less. Property was very run down & not too clean. Almost left to find another hotel. Requested a handicap room with 2 beds. When we arrived at 4, still early to me, was told I could have one or the otber. No blanket in the room. Sheets didn't seem too clean. Website says coffee pot. Not there."
