"Parking was $50 a night for underground. I paid in the small lot beside the hotel instead. A bigger valet/check in parking area would’ve much nicer, but I loved the rooms. I was disappointed in being doubted/ questioned by one staff member to prove my “included breakfast” option I paid for through booking via Hotels.com then the manager also wanted me to email the proof. They seemed a bit condescending, even if it was for their own investigative measures through the hotel and Hotels.com"
