A storm came through and knocked out the power right before we checked in so our TV didn’t work although the tech was onsite doing her best to resolve the issue, she was unsuccessful. "Extremely disappointed that the swimming pool was like swamp. We were not informed of this when we booked the hotel or upon arrival. It was 35 °C ( 100 °F) and we specifically booked a hotel with a pool. Get your act together! Be a good communicator at the very least."
