Halte reposante.

Hôtel acceuillant. Chambre confortable avec vue sur un jardin fleuri très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits maison. La présence d'un beau gros chien adorable contribue à la sérénité des lieux. Nous y retournerons volontiers si l'occasion se présente.

Expérience décevante.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 3* mais 2*. La personne de l'accueil (Responsable ?) a fait des réflexions sur le fait de passer en direct par HPC et verser 20%. La chambre est très moche (ma perception) par contre la salle de restaurant est plus jolie et agréable. Le dîner était de qualité, mais même au restaurant la personne de l'accueil parlait fort et faisait les mêmes remarques à un nouvel arrivant.Elle était là pour faire de l'argent pas en perdre (ce que je peux comprendre!). Il serait judicieux qu'elle revoit son mode de communication. La personne en charge de l'accueil le matin était beaucoup plus agréable et souriante.

Accueil très désagréable malgré un hôtel sympa

Accueil très désagréable dès le départ car hôtel réservé via hôtels.com ... ça commence bien ! (Surfacturation appliquée lorsque l’on procède ainsi, elle me l’a balancé rapidement ! Merci madame !) J’ai ensuite été placé à l’entrée du restaurant (couloir de passage, courant d’air) alors que bcp de tables étaient dispo. On m’explique que tout le reste est réservé... ce qui n’était pas le cas. Bref ... vous ne me verrez plus dans cet hôtel ! Dommage car le restaurant était vraiment très bon et l’hôtel correct. Mais le service est inacceptable !
