Exactly what we needed except for the fact the city centre was a 30 min walk away, so wouldn’t be an issue if you had a rental car. There a shopping centre around the corner that was very useful

It was fine for what we paid. The breakfast was basic continental there was enough. A few restaurants within walking distance. It was further out from Auxerre that we thought but we drove in, so not a problem. It was a bit confusing which one we had booked as there are two Ibis hotels next to each other. Perhaps, that could be made clearer.

bel établissement mais service déplorable

HĂŽtel neuf et fonctionnel, rien Ă  dire sur ce sujet. par contre le service est dĂ©plorable: arrivĂ©s Ă  14h30, pas de rĂ©ception il fallait s'adresser Ă  Ibis Styles. Quelqu'un m'a montrĂ© notre chambre mais pas possible d'en prendre possession car il n'y avait pas de courant donc pas d'ascenseur et encore moins d'informatique et il fallait revenir Ă  partir de 17h30 (Maintenance). A 18 heures nous avons pu prendre possession de la chambre mais toujours des problĂšmes informatiques et on nous a demandĂ© de rĂ©gler la chambre, ayant fait plusieurs rĂ©servations avec paiement ou sans paiement je ne me suis pas souvenu que j'avais rĂ©glĂ©. Il faut signalĂ© un petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs lĂ©ger et le deuxiĂšme matin il n'y avait presque plus rien, entre autre plus de viennoiseries. . Ce mĂȘme matin pas d'ascenseur pour mon Ă©pouse qui Ă  de gros problĂšmes Ă  monter ou descendre les escaliers et de plus nous Ă©tions au 2Ăšme Ă©tage. A mon retour Ă  mon domicile j'ai repris mes comptes et je me suis aperçu de mon rĂšglement en double; lors j'ai appelĂ© l'hĂŽtel qui m'a dit connaĂźtre de gros problĂšmes informatiques et que j'allais ĂȘtre remboursĂ© rapidement.. Au bout d'une semaine je rappelle et mĂȘme son de cloche et aprĂšs 2 semaines je relance avec moins de courtoisie et on me met en relation avec le Directeur qui rĂšgle le problĂšme dans la journĂ©e. Merci Ibis pour tous ces problĂšmes et on oubliera pas ce sĂ©jour de 2 jours qui ne s'est mĂȘme pas accompagnĂ© d'un petit geste commercial. ...
