"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

Mais que dire de notre arrivée...1h du matin porte fermée, pas de petit dej (qui était censé être dans le frigo)...nous sommes partis à 9h le matin et a notre retour le soir les produit frais était sur la table, donc avec le chauffage plus utilisable le lendemain. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre au frigo? mystère. Mauvaise organisation mais ça ne choque pas les propriétaire qui sont a priori a l'étranger...bref dommage et pour 200€ la nuit inacceptable. "

"Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel car: Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée tout accès avec codes Pas de gardien la nuit : nous étions les seuls dans ce bâtiment. Pas de chauffage 16 degrés dans la chambre toute la nuit. WC avec chasse d'eau en panne Berlingots de lait (avec la bouilloire et le café) périmés depuis janvier 2025 Cet hôtel ne devrait pas figurer sur votre site"
