This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. Our room was very clean no comfortable with many unexpected little extras. Tee and coffee supplied daily, CD and radio provided, bath robes and slippers, everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a big balcony with the most wonderful view of the mountains, it was delightful to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The food was good and plentiful, and drinks were reasonably priced. We hope to return sometime in the future.

This is such a wonderful place! Everything about the property is faultless, the location is perfect to enjoy nature and relax, the food is incredible and the staff could not be more courteous and helpful! Definitely have to return!

Really clean hotel, made to feel very welcome at reception. Everything was explained. Room was large clean and fresh. Breakfast Buffet was excellent again with a very helpful lady. Have to say this is a truly wonderful hotel.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. If there was a word that is above perfect, we would use it! Beautiful surroundings, big rooms, clean, a wide choice of amenities that you struggle to make a choice, friendly staff. A short review does not give this hotel justice. Easily one of the best I have ever stayed at, and you get to use the cable cars and busses for free too! This is the hotel for you if you love the countryside, mountains, and adventure, but also value comfort and style.
