"4 stars for the specific categories you asked about, but 5 stars overall because we just really enjoyed being there. Not perfect but so much fun! In particular, re table service in the restaurant, the individual servers were great but the system needs to be improved. We didn't know if we were supposed to get full service or order at the counter and carry out items to our table, so it was awkward. A small matter in an otherwise delightful stay."

"Great location right off the main exit into downtown Windsor. Walking distance to lots of food options. Super quiet on a summer Sunday. Felt like we were the only guests there. Room was nice and comfortable, slightly worn furniture, and carpet had a smell like it needed to be shampooed, but didn’t bother us for a one-night stay. Indoor pool is nice for families - shallow pool. No hot tub. Easy garage parking. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we didn’t get to try it. Would definitely stay again. "

"Wonderful! Peaceful and quiet — great views of Bodega Bay — clean large rooms with a little balcony! Rooms are spaced out so do not feel cramped near other people …Easy place for dogs …lovely fake fireplace—for heat."

"My room smelled musty like old smoke. My sheets were stained and had burn marks. My 2 towels were stained and I was given 1 towel to replace and it was stained. The floors were dirty with black soot. My knight table was dirty with sticky drink. There was gum on the bathroom floor. Hair on my sink, dirt marks in the shower. Soot around the back of the toilet and on top of the shower. A manager tried entering one of our rooms without knocking and wasn’t able to because the security latch was on. She was questioning if we requested to cancel the room. That is never acceptable. There is no reason for an older facility to not have a clean environment or common courtesy to knock. After providing this information to the facility they stood by their no refund policy and we were not offered any compensation. "

"We stayed in room 106, it was pretty close to the lobby and there are parking spots right in front of the rooms. They have a pool and jacuzzi. They allowed us to check out late (noon) there is a dennys just about a block away and Starbucks is right across the street. We only stayed a night but we will return! "
