Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. "Very pleasant stay. 15mins from the city centre (Bahnhofstrasse) via Tram. Plenty of amenities including a jacuzzi, gym, pool (free to hotel residents), and spa. Breakfast - fresh and hot (had options of soy and lactose-free milk), fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and a live counter for fresh omelettes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms were not very spacious!"
