Why?

The shower head had a spraying leak that was hitting the ceiling. There was mold on the ceiling at that point. Other wise the room was spotless and kudos to the cleaning crew for a job well done.

Not worth the money, stay in your car instead

The clerk was nice, but the room and hotel itself need some serious love. The room was extremely dirty, shower drain didn't drain. Plaster from ceiling falling apart, bed felt like sleeping on springs. Fire alarm not installed, smell of hotel smelt like food was cooked somewhere. Fridge was dirty. Im amazed place is open when not up to fire code.

The pictures on the website looks nothing like what you actually walk in to. The front desk was unkept. I reserved a nonsmoking room but that’s all I smelled the entire time in the room. The screws were loose on the door latch in the room. The shower drain was dirty, the refrigerator had splatter stains on the door. The tv remote was sticky. The drink machine didn’t work properly and the hallway smelled like weed.

Construction in most of the hotel made hallways crowded and smelly. Breakfast was non existent. Limited breakfast bars and coffee only. Hotel should not have taken guests if they could not provide bare minimum of what was advertised.

Check in was smooth, the gentleman found my reservation quickly. Accommodation was just what we needed, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Pet friendly, our dog JoJo enjoyed the stay also.
