"It was literally 6 roaches or water bugs in the room and bugs literally I ended up leaving earlier to go home from my surgery because I absolutely can’t do bugs "

"Only one elevator worked, the ac didn't work, the microwave in the room stuck closed and I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come and free my food from the microwave..... It's very close to the hotel tho, and even has a shuttle (which drove right cross me when I first got to Miami and I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel.)"

"I booked through Expedia and selected that we were 3 guests (2 adults & 1 teenage child). Upon arrival our room only had 1 bed as apparently it will allow you to book that for 3 guests and there were no other rooms available with 2 beds"

"After waiting in line for nearly 2 hours, at 1:30 am they tell me the hotel is over sold. They refused to pay the amount charged by any other hotel and no hotel would accept from them their voucher. So had to find another hotel myself and paid $400 for about 6 hours of sleep. They had only one trainee at the reception who was not able to do anything. "

"The water was cold we had to wait 10 mins just for the water to get warm and I had to get to my grandmothers funeral. The staff had an attitude when we tried to ask questions. The heat worked when it wanted to and it was cold ! "

"Went to this property with high expectations and they definitely disappointed. Staff was nice but the overall experience was not as advertised. They only had one elevator. (Nonsmoking) Rooms smelled of smoke. Had to change room 3 times to get it right. The pool was under maintenance. Breakfast could have been better. They had actual French fries as the “breakfast potatoes “ never seen nothing like that. Don’t recommend!!!!"
