I always stay here when I come to Auckland. Rooms are always clean, staff are very friendly. Would be nice to have some cutlery and a toaster in the room. However, when I did ask for plates and some cutlery, it was no issue at all and someone brought

Conveniently located near most shopping areas. The hotel lobby is upscale but room is poorly designed with limited spaces for storage of clothes. Carpet is old. Lack in Bathroom fixtures to hang towels or clothes. Big fridge to store water. Gym is adequately equipped. No complimentary shuttle service but you can request concierge to help with reservation to a private shuttle company.

Check in was lengthy. Room was not ready. Water in shower was cold. Shower was broken. Bath flooded bathroom. Because of fixture on bath sprayed water onto floor. UHT milk in fridge. Bathroom threadbare and ripped
No room service in one of two rooms i paid for.
Little understanding of what a stressful stay. Dissapointing response from manager when complained about. Could have waivered room service meals and given complimentary breakfasts.
Wont be staying there again. Nor recommend to anyone else

Thank you Megan for your feedback I am sorry that there were aspects of your stay that were so poor: I have asked the team to get in touch to discuss further.
Good restaurants but the Embers sharing menu does not include clean plates between courses so flavours confused and no serving utensils provided.
Room service very limited after 10.30pm.
Check-In/Check-Out is confusing and dep etc not explained at Check-In or anything I could find.
No room compendium to explain hotel services.
Good parking.
Room not as clean as first impression. Dirt (maybe excrement)on ceiling (can supply photo)
Bar staff were friendly and helpful.

We have booked Club Room for 6days. It was a pleasure to have all the amenities available in Grand Millennium Hotel that made our trip so enjoyable and Memorable.
I Strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their trip.
Car parking was so handy and full breakfast was
a good and healthy choice for us to make our day better. Staff is very helpful and friendly to everyone. We have loved this place. We will go back.

Loved everything about the Grand Millennium. When we arrived, there were concierge staff right there to collect our bags from the car. By the time we checked in, our bags were already delivered to our rooms. Staff service was great. Drinks at the bar was convenient and the cocktails were delicious. Also tried their goats cheese pizza - amazing. The warm indoor pool, gym and sauna were a bonus. The room was great with lots of space and conveniences again. Had a great stay.

Was a well kept Hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant we ate at Ember was ok , felt limited options and still can’t get my head over the prawn dish entree which was $30 and had only Two prawns - felt that was excessive for the amount given.

Last minutes booked but we lucky to stayed this Hotel, The receptionist doesn’t know how to smiles to the guests but the doors bells man is wonderful to make feel feel welcomed, need to re-train the receptionist how to greeting the guests stay at that’s Hotel.

Stayed in the Deluxe King- room and bathroom are decent sizes, comfortable. Not much of a view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice, but repetitive. Overall stay was good.
