We received an email on what to do when arriving, unfortunately they did not follow the rules ( need to get the key offsite ). Arriving late, the whole apartment had only 1 working light ( ceiling light and 2 wall lights were not working ) It took 3 days for them to fix the ceiling light but not the wall lights. The dirty towels from the previous customer were left in the bath tub.
