The room was brand new and so nice and spacious, everything felt spotlessly clean. So impressed by the bathroom and again, so impressed by the cleaning service! Provided a mini fridge/freezer and some dishes, which was great as a nice grocery store was across the street so could enjoy fresh produce in the room. Very important during a long vacation haha. Great central location, staff were really helpful with parking accommodations too!

Good stay. Close to the CBD and transport options across the city. Handy for supermarket as well if you want/need to self-cater. Modern, spacious room as well. Good option if you want do a break in Auckland in a decent location.

It is very basic. No real amenities to speak of, not even a Keurig in the room. But it is clean and the rooms are spacious so if you don't need anything more than a bed and a bathroom, you can do a lot worse than this place. The location is quite good, was especially was convenient to have a self serve laundromat a few steps away. Just don't expect a swimming pool or a bar or anything like that, this hotel is barebones to the barest of bones.

I had what looked like bed bugs all over my leg after second night staying at this hotel. I have emailed them and even included the photos, however, nobody responded back which was really frustrating. Never going to stay here again.
