"The place is very nice, stylish, new. Is around 4-5 min walk from the metro station. The owner is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I was there in the coldest period of the year, so I found a bit cold inside as well. The heating is with aircon. Overall good and recommend. "

He gave us great recommendations, and even provided assistance with getting a ride to the Amalfi Coast. Couldn't have asked for a better host. "Very clean, slightly tattered flooring and moving toilet seat. Breakfast is outside premise i.e petrol station cafe. For Brits, don't expect your usual breakfast but and pastry and drink (coffee, tea). Apartment it seems is common in the area rather than hotel. No face to face reception but online reception is available. Communication can be challenging but very helpful and accommodating staff. Thank you so much for the experience."

- Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias

"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
