"It was okay. Shuttle service was available for limited hours. Wanted to use it but didn’t work out for us. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bed linens were thin and molded (hold up to light) so unusable. No laundry service even though it was advertised as having it. Breakfast was basic, okay for what it was."

"Absolute Nightmare – Worst Experience Ever I have never been so disrespected by a hotel staff in my life. After driving for 9 hours with my family, we arrived exhausted, starving, and desperately needing to lie down. Instead of a smooth check-in, we were forced to wait for over an hour. To make matters worse, the staff looked down on us and treated us like we were homeless just because we were tired from traveling. The front desk lady was incredibly rude, spoke to me with total disrespect, and then just walked away mid-conversation. After she left, a male staff member came over, but instead of helping us, he walked outside to sit down and chat with a girl. They claimed they were making us wait because they were still cleaning our room. That was a lie. When we finally got inside, the room smelled absolutely terrible, and the shower gel was completely empty. We were so exhausted and drained from the awful treatment that I didn’t even have the energy to call management and complain. I just went to sleep, woke up, and left immediately. I will never step foot in this hotel again. They took our money and treated us like garbage. I deserve a full refund. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"room was decent and clean. you can tell it's an okder refurbished hotel with the room smell. Bed and pillows were comfortable. But, shower gel dispenser was empty. we had to use facial bar soap to bathe. Breakfast was a mediocre. This is probably the lowest grade for a Hilton. Coffee was empty at 7:00. 4-5 people walking around looking for coffee. Front desk lady was too busy talking on her personal cell phone while everyone looking for coffee until someone brought it to attention twice.. Breakfast only had boiled eggs, cereals, bagels, muffins and fruits and instant oatmeal packets. No hot breakfast surprisingly being a Hilton. Being a Hilton Honors member, this is the worst hotel I've stayed and would never return again."
