"This is a lovely cabin ensemble, which is somewhat old, but it is perfectly maintained. The cabin that we had could accommodate comfortably 2 and other 2 people on cots, but had a large kitchen/dining/living room. It had a good size fridge, an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, and even a working window-AC! It was equipped with all utensils you could think of! Including sponges and paper towel roll. "This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay"

"The house was great. Big kitchen, extra blankets, laundry detergent and very clean. My only complaint was the lack of heat. Unfortunately the days we were there happened to be during a cold front. "When I booked this place, the map on the website indicated that this house was inside Yosemite National Park; however after I booked it, I was surprised that the house is actually in Oakhurst, CA, which is about 14 miles outside the south entrance of YNP and is a 1+ drive to the valley floor. "Loved being so close to Sequoia Park, and truthfully we mostly used it just to rest before and after the park. I did find myself wondering why the quilts were ugly-side-out.
