"The first room.was filthy n had bug in the bed. Looked like blood on the floor , switched to a 3rd floor room no elevator n I'm handicapped. That room was better but still bad..TV only 1 channel no working battery in remote, tub shower head sticking out of wall n dirty with white scum on it toilet kept running all night, the fan in bath was very loud sounded like a lawn mower,no screens in the sink or tub drains don't drop your ring. The shower was dirty n surround walls cracked the furniture is old n beat up the stairwell...3 flights, was filthy n pulling away from walls scary. The only nice thing was staff. The breakfast, had to wait over 10min for coffee, the boiled eggs were turning brown how old were they? The place needs to be torn down n rebuilt."

"I wanted to love this place and I did love the restaurant downstairs and the coffee shop and the location but the staff was in their 20's when I was there and though they were polite, some of them didn't seem terribly concerned about the lack of parking issues with a full car of stuff and also a very crazy slippery shower. I won't put the photos but I'm a fit, athletic person and had trouble staying upright. Had to put the bathmat inside of the shower so that my mother wouldn't fall. Also the hot water kettle was a bit possessed and kept beeping at us unless we unplugged it. Also VERY noisy on the weekends with rooms facing the main boulevard."

"Room very clean. Microwave and mini frig but frig cooled only to slightly cool with control to max in 13 hrs. Other than frig the room was prefect. Only had contact with front desk staff and they were perfectly professional and friendly. Did not partake in breakfast. Did not use other amenities so cannot rate them but exercise room looked to be well supplied and clean and the pool and hot tub area was clean and looked welcoming."
