"The beginning was a bit rough, with the room not having an outdoor window and my claustrophobia kicking in. They accommodated me into a better room the next day after checking in, and it was great. They cleaned my room when I requested and even when I didn't. They accommodated all of my needs, and it was the only place I was able to sleep in peace. The area was great for me, with very close proximity to the US embassy. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip. Thank you! "

"I loved it! Easy to check in and out! I used the airport shuttle there and back, no problems. Breakfast buffet was good. Easy access to the gym. They have places to eat nearby and a few more blocks away even more places to eat. I used Uber everywhere. Easy for them to locate me. I loved my room, quiet, really nice view, comfortable bed, pretty spacious. If I had any questions, I just texted them and they would answer within minutes. Great staff. Felt safe. ATMs right outside of the hotel. I know they have a 24 hr room service, unfortunately, I didn’t get to used it, maybe next time. I would definitely come again. "
