"Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. "I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. The entertainment during the evenings has been amazing, with a wide variety of activities not only for children but for adults, although travelling without any children we have found that it’s still a comfortable hotel for couples without kids. Guests have been super friendly to eachother, and that can only be contrary to the amazing staff at the hotel. I will be coming back. Shoutout to the amazing staff members, Lily, Yaro, Aggeliki and all the others that helped during our stay to make us feel at home and have the best holiday we have had. - Tommy Podmore"

"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"

"Beautiful luxury hotel with a perfect location, and intimate settings. Nice rooms and amenities. Excellent service everywhere, very efficient at the pool and beach bars. Very good breakfast, upscale buffet. Terrific a-la-carte restaurants with exceptional staff. Nice spa and excellent massages (Maria and George). Only one downside : a very slow check-in process. Highly recommended."

"My kids really enjoyed the pools but I feel that being 4 and 6 were too young for the Aquapark. We booked online a bungalow room but it was in reality a room. The first two days the bedsheets of our king size bed were too small for the mattress size. The dirty glasses and cups in the room were rinsed not changed, so we started to use the paper ones. We had to asked several times for a bathroom mat for the shower. Staff was friendly and food of the restaurants was excellent. On the other hand, the buffets were OK."

"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."
