Friendly staff easy check in location great

Excellent hotel for cleanliness and service, everywhere was spotless. Excellent breakfast with staff on hand to help and always stocking up. Room was very comfortable; overlooked the rail line but I only heard one freight train rumble through during the night! As this was only an overnight, didn’t really have time to explore, but the hotel is in a nice part of town with lots of new buildings around it.

Beautiful property and very well maintained - fantastic location right by the river and easy walking into Moncton. Would recommend and would happily return if we were ever back in the area.

We were in Saint John for two nights during a New Brunswick road trip. Our room was spotlessly clean and large, with dual aspects over the city.We got parked no problem in front of the hotel and we were told there is additional parking in the basement. There was a good choice of hot and cold items at the self-serve breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We walked into Saint John which took about 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel to stay at. While I was only there for one night, from what I could see, there was a lot that this accommodation could offer for a longer stay. It is clear that much thought has been given to room features as well as amenities available in the lobby. I particularly liked the snacks and beverages available to purchase alongside the complementary tea and coffee. Although there isn't an on site restaurant, there are plenty of options nearby. Wonderful staff always willing to help

We stayed here during a New Brunswick road trip. The hotel was lovely with a fabulous setting and we received a warm welcome from the friendly reception staff. Our room was big, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel has a restaurant, the 1809, which I would recommend. Great downtown location. Very clean & comfortable room. Parking available in multi storey car park for CAD8.75 for 24 hrs 3 min walk away so don’t have to pay for valet parking (the hotel reception told us about this option). Pool & hot tub were clean and nice to use.

The hotel is really well situtated and about 10-15 minutes walk from a lot of what you'll want to see and visit in Halifax. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean although the bathroom a little tired. The bed was so comfortable and I really liked the blackout curtain which meant I slept really well. The gym is small but functional. The pool is bigger than you'd think and is so light with windows everywhere so feels really luxurious. Would choose to stay here again.
