The check-in associate did not provide any information About where we were supposed to go to locate our room or of the laundry facility or pool area no information was provided. The elevator goes by floor number and not room number. This was a little confusing at first.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa
The signage in the parking garage is not very clear, in my opinion. If you have never been here before and don't know exactly where you're going, you basically need to just park, go in and ask! There are 2 towers for the hotel: MGM and Borgata. The MGM tower is nicer and non-smoking. They are connected, ...

Love staying here, quick walk to the beach. Dunkin is downstairs. Sadly this time the coffee maker didn’t work in the room. DD saved my morning. The fitness center could use a a makeover.
