Great location, close Freeway I85, Restaurants and shopping. Stayed 4 nights, First day with a great black lady friendly on Tues. Wed, An old Arabic or Indian man so cruel, he made a joke with my Asian name, he said " i should learn English again with my Asian name" too hate crime, discrimination here ( if there is no this evil man, i give 4.5 star), Thurs and Fri an young Indian man is very polite and cheerful. my room cards could not open my door room on Wed-Thurs , i had to come desk to get new room card( Tues and Fri is Ok). Finally, i give 3/5.

The rooms smelled bad, flooring and paint were poorly installed. The hotel kitchen is a rented Mexican place. Staff was unfriendly. This is not a 3 star hotel. They tried to improve the condition but it is really lipstick on a pig. I took photos to send to Windham. This hotel is worn out.

Terrible customer service and amenities.
This location was not friendly. It has a restaurant in the lobby area and they will not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in. There was no other area for customers to sit and have a conversation. The desk employee even told patrons that they could not sit on the waiting couch in the lobby. I have 18 rooms booked for 8 nights for my baseball team and will never return to this location again. Very disappointing. There were homeless people walking in and throughout the hotel as well.
