There was nothing positively remarkable about the stay, maybe they reduced their service noting how much was happening in the city over the weekend? There was continual issues with the TV signal in the room but after the first visit by maintenance I was able to fix myself. But it was reporting it that led to being contacted about a fridge issue reported - if there was a fridge in my room then it was invisible, the room was large and had 3 closets (weird in itself considering one was a walk-in and was similar to the bathroom size) but there was absolutely no fridge. I’m assuming this mix up is why I woke up to knocking on my door later on my first evening there? Then I had a voicemail from the hotel while at the event I was in town for, I approached the check in staff when I returned to explain that I think there’s been a mix up, which I had to explain 4x & finally gave my phone over so she could listen to the voicemail, I know I have an accent, but English is my native language…
I wanted in-room dining my 2nd morning, I contacted them several times at 13:15 to get the order in by 14:00 when they closed, I ended up leaving a voicemail, which I guess was left unchecked because I never received food - that day or the following 2 days I was still there…
The “vending” area on level 16 contains an ice machine only.
There was no housekeeping for the 4 nights I stayed, this wasn’t communicated at check in.
Won’t be staying again.
