"Our stay overall was fantastic, just a few things:
•The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
•The top floor was considerably hotter than the other floors, but the AC in the individual rooms worked.
•They only offer valet parking, and it's $60 a day. We used the parking garage across the street.
•They also charged $50-something dollars when we checked in, which was not mentioned when booking.
•There was only one working elevator.
•They close the 3rd-floor patio at night, so there was nowhere to hang outside other than the front entrance, which isn't equipped for guests to lounge around."
