Room was okay. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, you could easily tell it was smoking at one point. Smell of smoke as I entered the room. Room amenities were fine, no issues. Breakfast was great as well. Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Though, having an unexpected "$100 deposit" on a $100 a night room is terrible. The money isn't the problem, its the lack of transparency. At least tell me when I reserve and book a room that there is a $100 deposit. Don't hide it under the "You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • Service fee: USD 5.00 per accommodation, per night"

First hotel I have ever been too that the tv didn’t work and No one showed up to fix it. There was nothing on WEBSITE but had to let them charge 100 on my card for incidentals, what incidentals?? LaQuinta had the charge on their website so I didn’t book a room from them!! I saw nothing incidental there that I would be charged for!!!😡😡

Ms. Jackie at the front desk was awesome. Very patient during the check in process. Big smiles and a very warm demeanor. The facility is just dated. There is nothing wrong with the property; just needs a face lift.

Really want to say good things about my stay, BUT unfortunately there were THREE roaches in my room that won't allow me to do so!!! I was given a discount on the room and that was a nice gesture. You guys MUST do better.... ROACHES??!?!?

Room and bathroom are VERY small. Paint around baseboards was cracking. Tile in shower was nasty. Parking lot in the back of building was sketchy. Cars were in the corner and men were out there hovering around them and covers were on all cars. It was weird. Our room was in the 4th floor and when we exited the elevator first night there you could immediately smell marijuana. Smell was strong and all night. Pictures on website were totally different than what you actually get. Will make another selection when in Atlanta again.

Excellent choice for a quick overnight trip!
This is my second time staying here, so it really is an excellent choice for a quick overnight trip. Small room, BUT you can't beat the price. My only complaint was the annoying sound the air conditioner made all throughout the night. VERY LOUD, didn't get a good sleep because of it. The pillows on the bed were too soft/mushy and added to my discomfort. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and quiet (except for the air conditioner!) Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Great variety, hot, fresh and YUMMY!!! Upon check- out, I shared my complaints and was given a considerable discount which sealed the deal.🙌 I'll be back!!! The service is 10 of 10!!!! 😂😂

a nice place, good staff, the bed was fine. the only thing is that the key entry was very difficult - had to swipe many times before I could get in - and the bathroom toilet was running slightly. On leaving I told the staff who seemed very responsive.

Lots of updates needed - carpet on floors ripped, bathroom door wouldn’t shut (though they moved us rooms and gave us a single night credit), tv stopped working, window stuck open - maintenance guy was nice but had to call him a few times. Need TLC. Breakfast was good and people were nice but facilities need lots of help.
