Arrived, my door was open, rather fresh looking stain on carpet, mold/mildew in shower, loud noisy AC compressor, had people screaming and partying for hours around 2am, etc.

Comfortable room, lackluster staff and service
Room remote didn't work. Got a replacement remote, it didn't work either. Asked for another replacement, it never came. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The elevators had expired inspection certificates. Some of the tables in the breakfast lobby were broken.

Very friendly staff and clean property. Housekeeping was A1. After pandemic , this is the first property I have felt safe . Walked around to Jerusalem Grill. Noticed that there is not a complete foot path for a pedestrian to walk. Had to walk partially on the paved road! Felt unsafe due to on coming traffic.

Pool area was clean and the pool temp was warm for our kids. Peloton in the workout room was a great surprise! Room was large and clean and staff were friendly and courteous.

My wife and I were really impressed with this hotel. We drove from South Carolina to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our experiences at this hotel have been wonderful. We will return again in the future.

Check in was very pleasant. Personal were very helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty to chose from. Personal at breakfast area were very kind and helpful. Negative reviews are not what I do like to write. But, the floors were sticky and not cleaned properly. After checking in walking down the hallway near the kitchen area were bad (sticky). Entering the room next to the refrigerator was a dead roach on the shelf. Wife sitting on couch, saw a roach on lampshade next to bed (is was alive). We started to leave but decided to stay. I will not return to this location. All of our away from home stays are at Hampton Inns. This is the worst Hampton i have been too.
