Jacuzzi Suite, King Bed

Staying in the jacuzzi suite was an absolute delight. The highlight, of course, was the private jacuzzi – a perfect relaxation spot. Impeccably clean, the suite offered a tranquil escape, and the soothing jets in the jacuzzi melted away any stress. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It's a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or simply unwinding in style. Highly recommended.

The clerk that check me in was very nice and cordial... The room was missing light bulbs but they came and replace it. the room above 121 was noisy all day and nite thats horrible...the bed sheet was dirty with holes on it...thats nuts!! the second came back at around 10pm and wanted to take a shower but no towels! I went to the desk and asked for towels and the clerk says we can bring it in the morning. Seriously? I got mad, although she ended up getting towels. The sheets were changed from the previous night although the bathtub was not clean. Do a better job!

Not worth it

Unsatisfactory room, smoke smell in a non smoking room, stained sheets and stained bathroom towels. It was uncomfortable staying somewhere that wasn't clean. Yes its an inn, but a clean room and clean sheets and towels are basics necessities for running any room and board no matter what the price is. The beds looked like people stepped on them with shoes on and the furniture had crud on them. My boyfriend has asthma and cannot tolerate smoke in the rooms and it’s just unpleasant to smell smoke when neither of us are smokers to begin with. The staff was attentive when I asked for a new room however it cannot make up for the state of their rooms.

ROSAN the front clerk is aggressive and makes up lies on guests he feels he doesn't want on property. He is not the owner but acts as if he is. They like and let white junkies stay on property and sleep outside the doors, knock on doors and have lots of traffic but if you work overnight and sleep during housekeeping hours he assumes you are doing something wrong and will kick you out by calling the police on you! ROSAN is the WORST clerk to deal with! Watch out for HIM....and he acts as if this motel is a five star hotel meanwhile go next door to COMFORT INN. For same price you pay at DAYS INN, COMFORT inn offers hot breakfast not just Continental and they are very very clean and professional. ROSAN needs a whopping the way he exerts himself as front desk!

I booked this room during FIFA so there weren't many places available. I had to be in ATL for work early Sat. and I didn't have time to change my plans once I locked into this hotel. The location was quiet and seemed safe. My first room, on the ground floor, was not clean. The occasional chair was filthy and the beds were made, but there was hair (of many varieties), stains, tears/burn holes, etc. on all the sheets. I asked for another room. The desk attendant was very receptive and immediately assigned me to another room on the 2nd floor. He noted I would have to climb a flight of stairs to access the 2nd fl rooms. The 2nd room was dirtier than the first in many ways, but the sheets were much cleaner. I travel with Lysol wipes and Odo-Ban so I cleaned all the surfaces, sink, and tub. I looked carefully for evidence of bed bugs, said a prayer, and went to sleep. Would not recommend unless you need a cheap option and don't mind a dirty room.

Do not book here. We originally booked our stay for 2 nights, but checked out after one night due to the poor quality of the room. We went out a bought insect spray just to be able to endure the night. We barely got any sleep, and my husband stayed up majority of the night watching for more roaches (we’d already killed 6) . If it weren’t for the late hour, we would’ve left then, but stayed just to check out the next day. The room was in terrible condition, including its foul odor. The furniture was heavily stained (so much we didn’t want to sit down), the amenities were sticky and dirty, the walls were stained and paint peeled, and we hesitated opening our bags due to seeing so many roaches. The staff was decent and apologized for the conditions, but couldn’t offer me a refund (I was told it was due to room being booked through Expedia, although I swiped my card for payment AT the property) I was told to contact Expedia directly and file a complaint for a refund. Considering the quality of the stay, I wouldn't want my worse enemy staying there. I’m yet waiting for my refund for the 2nd night that I didn’t stay. If I could rate this stay a negative I would.

The first night we stayed, we were in the first building. It was beautiful and clean. I was traveling with a service dog and the next night, we were moved to a “pet friendly” room. What a downgrade. This room was located in the 2nd building. It smelled horribly of dirty dog and there were only what I could assume to be long term residents out working on their vehicles in the parking spaces right next to our room. The breakfast is literally packaged muffins and bananas. The upside was each room had a nice hot shower with great water pressure and it was in a location convenient to what we were visiting for. I would probably not stay again.
