The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the best part of this whole experience, especially Bailey, who was so sweet to us. The room was clean but a bit rundown. All of the power outlets were loose and only two of them worked. Not the best hotel experience I've ever had, but far from the worst, and when all was said and done I got a good night's sleep.

We stayed 2 nights for the braves game. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. My charger wouldn't stay plugged in and would fall out of the wall. Same with the lamps. Not that big of a deal. I will say the walls are pretty thin because the people next to us had a child that whined and cried constantly for our whole weekend and it was pretty annoying. Price was good though and only a $10 uber ride to truist park.

I was having a rough morning that morning because I get to the hotel that I actually had booked and when I pull up people in the parking lot tell me not to stay there.. so I get on Expedia looking for a room that is up to my high standards but not wanting to pay much. I came across the country hearth and read reviews and booked a room immediately. Now check in wasn’t till 2 or 3 pm but I still went ahead over. They got me into a room as soon as i got there. Took all the stress off of me. Staff was awesome.. room was in perfect condition and it’s easy access to the rooms!! Highly recommend this place!

the place is very dirty and stinks. half of the outlets in our room did not work and the overhead light was just not there period. we checked for bugs and thank god there were none. when we went to check out there was no one at the desk even though they were supposed to be open at that time. we waited for 40 minutes for someone to show up to check us out.

Decent for a night or two. Very loud cars in the parking lot with music blaring every so often. My 7 year old didn’t feel the safest. But it did for a place to sleep. No bugs, room was clean.

It looked like they rented rooms to low income people. The door to room 3l,our room had been kicked in and painted over. The washroom door had a punch hole in it. The young people sat outside with radio's blaring. The address was wrong, not Windy Hill Rd. We checked with several people who didn't know. 1 hr. later we phoned motel and was told the address was Leland. Not impressed. The ony thing positive was room was clean. Room did not look the picture. Definetly not DELUXE. Do you not check the properties you recommend?

Amazing! Super kind and compassionate
One of the best and nicest places we have ever stayed at! We had a bad experience at a motel 6 in town and this place made up for it above and beyond. From letting us check in early to get a shower and clean up from feeling dirty from having to stay at the other place. Front desk was beyond nice and understanding.

The staff was super friendly, and we had no problems with check in or check out. When we got to a room it appeared clean, but after settling in, we noticed that there were dirty towels still hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was also food left in the fridge from the previous occupants. The people beside us also kept their door open, and had people coming in and out throughout the night. We were not told that there was a connecting door between us and the next room either.

You get what you paid for
You definitely get what you paid for. Lower expectations and adjust because this hotel is only good enough for short stays and nothing more. No amenities, house keeping is not frequent and not good, no security, no manager or owner present at property, wi-fi was slow almost unusable, room was not clean (there were dead bugs and spider webs on the corners of the room and caked on dust on the counters and some appliances), and terrible noise problems from other people in the middle of the night. I would suggest this "Hotel" to anyone who has no other choice but to end up here. One the plus side, beds were comfy and front desk staff were friendly. This hotel should be called "Last Resort Hotel". I would recommend owners to step up their game and invest in some serious renovations.

A typical highway motel. Room and towels were clean. Staff were polite and check in was easy. No breakfast but options nearby. Quiet apart from road noise. We arrived late and there were a few people hanging around but they were just smokers not smoking in there rooms. We were there with a 3 year old and had no problems. We’d stay again

While the staff was very nice and accommodating, the brick & mortar property was very "cheap" and dreary. There was no phone in the room, fixtures were in various states of rust and disrepair. The room felt very small, yet the bathroom was of ample size (this was a "handicap" room). The bathroom tile was rusty & moldy. The rooms lighting was pretty awful. There were only very bright fluorescent - type lighting fixtures. The addition of lamps would help. No eating options. To sum it up, this hotel is "Cheap" - in value AND accommodations.

When we got to the room we noticed that it was dated, smelly and the furniture was beaten. After we came back from lunch, we got neighbors that were smoking and the smell went through the divider door. We asked for a room replacement but ended up deciding to leave. The staff was very accommodating, but the place is horrible. Would not recommend at all

Customer service is an A+
The owners were so very nice! They made every effort to accommodate my requests and made sure I was happy. They even put me on the preferred guest list for future visits at a great rate. The room itself is an average motel. Clean but not sparkling. The TV made a buzzing sound that made it unwatchable. There could be more plugs and usb outlets. It was generally quiet and I felt safe.

Needs outside upgraded
This hotel is in a good location however the outside needs to be upgraded. The room was not bad. The outside needs to be cleaned up and modernized. To be located near the Braves stadium the hotel needs to be upgraded very badly.
